Download
Put My World on their computer.
Install it on the Windows PC they'll use. The app is a free download — your purchase unlocks it with an activation code. One licence covers 3 computers, so you can put it on your own first and have a proper look.

Installing it
- Download the file above, then double-click it. It is a single file — there is nothing to unzip.
- A familiar install window appears. Answer the two questions (a Desktop icon? start automatically?) and it does the rest.
- If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box, click “More info” then “Run anyway”. This is normal and safe for a brand-new program.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- About 150 MB of free space
- Internet to download and activate (the app itself works offline afterwards)
- One licence covers 3 computers — the person's, yours, and one more
After installing
- Open My World — it shows a Machine ID.
- Enter that Machine ID on your activation page (the link is in your order email) to get your code within moments.
- Paste the code in and press Activate. You only do this once.
- That’s it — a short Quick Start then walks you through the first few settings: their name, one family face to call, and your PIN.
